My parents had listed their Crystal Lake house with another agent for a year and it went unsold. Then Bryan took over the listing, and sold it within a month. He received an offer that matched the best offer my parents had received in that first year, even though the market was declining. Bryan is a McHenry County native, so he knows the area well. He responded promptly to all my elderly parents’ questions. When he met with them in person to do the paperwork, he was very patient, though my parents are hearing impaired. He is honest but tactful about how a house compares to the market. Most important to me, he is not excitable, but navigates the negotiation process calmly. Fairness and honesty are the two words that come to mind when I think about how Bryan works. We will use him ourselves if and when we ever move.
